Depending on your use, we process account identifiers, name and contact details, addresses, cart and order data, payment status, shipment events, returns, reviews, support conversations and attachments, seller verification and compliance records, device/security logs, consent choices and advertising events.

We process data to provide accounts and contracts, fulfil orders, route messages and returns, prevent fraud, secure the service, meet tax, product-safety and marketplace duties, and handle legal claims. The legal basis is contract performance or pre-contract steps, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent where required for optional analytics or personalised advertising.

Data is shared only as needed with the disclosed seller, logistics and payment providers, hosting and authentication providers, professional advisers and authorities. A third-party seller receives only the order and case data needed to perform its contract; DRAIXCOR retains oversight and the support audit trail.

The controller is established in China and the service targets the EU. Any transfer outside the EEA must use an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism and documented safeguards. Provider-specific subprocessors and safeguards must be finalised before commercial launch.

We retain order, tax and accounting records for the statutory period; compliance and safety evidence for the life of the listing and any required follow-up period; support and returns for the case and legal-claims period; and security logs only as long as proportionate. Optional consent data is retained until withdrawal or the documented retention limit.

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to a competent EU data-protection authority. Contact draixcor@163.com to exercise a right.

Essential storage supports sign-in, cart, security and consent choices. Optional measurement or personalised advertising must remain off until valid consent is recorded. Contextual advertising can be served without building a cross-site profile.
