Withdrawal & returns

If you are an eligible consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. The responsible seller shown on the order is the recipient of the withdrawal; DRAIXCOR’s support centre routes the notice to that seller and records it.

For goods, the period generally begins when you or a person named by you receives the goods. Special rules can apply to multiple goods, instalments and recurring deliveries. Sending the withdrawal statement before the deadline is sufficient.

Open the order in your DRAIXCOR account and choose “Start return / withdrawal”, or send a clear statement to draixcor@163.com with your name, order number, item and decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

The responsible seller refunds the received payments, including the least expensive standard delivery offered, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until the goods are returned or you provide proof of dispatch. The same payment method is used unless you expressly agree otherwise without cost.

Do not send goods to an address before receiving the return authorisation. The authorised route may use the Kaiserslautern warehouse or another seller address. The buyer bears direct return costs only when properly informed before the contract; oversized-goods costs must be stated in advance. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

Statutory exceptions may apply, for example to made-to-order or clearly personalised goods, certain sealed hygiene goods after opening, rapidly perishable goods, and some digital content after valid consent to immediate performance. The applicable exception will be identified before purchase.

Where a listing offers a 30-day return period, the extra days are a voluntary service subject to the stated item condition and return rules. The first 14 days and all mandatory defect rights remain unaffected.
