These terms explain the platform role and the rules for orders from DRAIXCOR Direct or third-party sellers.
Last updated: 24 August 2026
Scope and seller identity
These terms apply to use of draixcor.com. The seller for each item is displayed before purchase. DRAIXCOR Direct orders are sold by the website operator; marketplace orders are sold by the identified third-party trader. Different sellers can require separate shipments, invoices, returns and refunds.
Account and contract formation
Product displays are invitations to order. The buyer submits a binding order using the button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay. A contract is formed when the responsible seller accepts the order or dispatches the item, as stated in the order confirmation. Obvious pricing or availability errors may be corrected before acceptance.
Prices, VAT and payment
Consumer prices are shown in euros and include VAT where stated. Delivery and any additional costs are shown before the order is submitted. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Online payment is currently disabled until the payment provider and final legal configuration are approved.
Delivery
The seller remains responsible for delivery to the agreed destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. Tracking is shown in the buyer account. Risk passes according to the mandatory consumer rules applicable to the order.
Conformity and statutory rights
Consumers retain mandatory statutory conformity and defect rights. These normally provide at least two years of protection for goods sold to EU consumers, subject to the applicable national law. A commercial manufacturer warranty, if offered, is additional and never limits statutory rights.
Withdrawal, returns and refunds
Eligible consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. The separate withdrawal notice controls the process, costs and exceptions. DRAIXCOR also advertises a 30-day return service for eligible items; that voluntary service does not reduce statutory rights.
Communication and after-sales
Buyers can contact DRAIXCOR Direct or the responsible marketplace seller through the same support centre. The case remains visible to DRAIXCOR for oversight, escalation, refunds, safety notices and abuse prevention. Sellers may not move required customer-care communication off platform.
Marketplace safety and moderation
Sellers must provide accurate identity, product, GPSR, tax and EPR information. DRAIXCOR may pause or remove listings, freeze payouts, request evidence and notify affected buyers when required. Users can report suspected illegal or unsafe products through customer care.
Mandatory law and disputes
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights in the buyer’s country of residence. Parties should first use DRAIXCOR customer care. Any choice of law and jurisdiction must be confirmed by counsel in the final seller and consumer contracts.
